Implants Northwest LIVE Learning Center : Advanced Crestal Sinus Elevation & Tunnel Grafting

Tunnel Grafting and Crestal Sinus Elevation are evidence-based minimally invasive techniques to augment the alveolus for implant reconstruction. We will present traditional and minimally invasive approaches used to manage the spectrum of anatomic defects encountered in daily practice. Using live surgery, video library, and hands-on applications, participants will gain understanding and proficiency with tunneling techniques and crestal sinus elevation including; osteotomes, reamer drills and Piezo/hydraulics as well as advanced crestal techniques including immediate implants & contiguous sinus floor elevation (CSFE). Diagnosis, planning, instruments, site specific graft materials and dynamic navigational surgery will also be discussed.
